What Is the Derma Roller System?

My experience with the Derma Roller 0.5mm :

The Derma Roller system is super compact and can be stored easily. The needles come enclosed in a plastic cover and the whole unit can be kept inside a case.
The needles I come are 0.5 mm and it can be used everyday once followed by a serum.The kit comes with a simple instruction booklet as to how we can use this derma roller for face, skin and hair regrowth.However, I chose to use it only on my face to reduce wrinkles etc.
Usage : The derma roller needs to be used on the area in 4 different directions only 4 times each. We cannot use it on the eyelid and lips area.The face area needs to be washed before the treatment.
After we treat the facial skin with the Dermaroller, we need to use the serum(optional), to help the skin stimulate collagen.
While using the derma roller, I noticed that certain areas of the face was having a burning sensation and it took about 10 minutes for it to settle. I used it about 3 times a week for a month followed by the serum. The serum however when used individually seemed to clear my face and I would give a thumbs up for the serum.
I did notice improvement in my cheek area and it became a little more softer and the pores diminished a bit. However, this started making my laugh line a bit too strong although I used the Derma roller uniformly all over my face.
The Dermaroller needs to sanitised in rubbing alcohol every time you use it as per the Care Instructions.However, I couldn't find Rubbing Alcohol liquid in my local pharmacy and had to use just rubbing alcohol sheets/ swabs which was a major drawback. The manufacturer could have included a small bottle of cleanser along with it.
My Final Verdict : 3.5/5 for the hassle of sanitising every time, not working efficiently on deep laugh lines.
