These days skincare products come in such delicious flavors , that we feel like literally tasting them and not just stopping with external usage. For example, I received a chocolate scrub from Aroma Essentials which is edible and I did taste the Dairy Milk piece that was kept inside it:) So today I have one such yummy body polish from The Body Shop which is not edible though it definitely looks tasty. I love floral and fruity flavors a lot when it comes to perfumes & skincare products. I have tried The Body Shop's Satsuma Body Polish before(reviewed here) which has a citrusy flavor and works great for tanned skin. I bought the Strawberry body polish recently(Haul Video here) and have been using it for some time.

I really do not want to repent in the future for not taking good care of my skin in my late twenties. So in the quest for a good cream that can delay my skin's aging, I happened to experiment with the Aroma Magic cream - Aroma Magic Nourishing Dew Cream. I was recommended by the sales assistant at the shop, that I should use the Aroma Magic Nourishing Dew Cream as a morning cream since it is really light weight. I was kind of incorporating a strict skincare schedule which changed with the arrival of some new products, one of them being Cetaphil Moisturizing cream. 

I somehow try to include this in my skincare regimen in order to get the benefits and I have the review of this product today.

Sometimes I really feel perplexed how some of the bloggers regularly do monthly empties post, because for me to completely finish a product seems like a big chore. Phew ! but finally, I managed to clear out some of the products from my bathroom vanity by intentionally using them on a regular basis in order to fill up with new skincare products.

I always have this habit of opening up new products when the old one is only about half used but, this time, I made my mind to completely finish off the old products so that I can have fresh products to try.

Wondering why such a dramatic title? This post is about a dramatic yet dignified lipstick named On the Catwalk from the brand Essence.I was a person who was totally apprehensive about wearing bright lipsticks and used to always go for milder shades, but beauty blogging has changed me. It has made me experiment with  different shades and it has given me the confidence to flaunt bright shades of lipsticks.

I rarely do online shopping and for cosmetics it is a sure No No since I prefer seeing the colors and trying them on me personally. When I had to choose the shade for the Essence lipstick (PR sample), I looked at some pictures of lipsticks on their website & chose Essence long lasting lipstick- On the Catwalk, but however was rather apprehensive on what I would be receiving. On receiving the sample my worst fears seem confirmed , as Essence  On the Catwalk looked quite dark for me on first look. But the minute I applied it, it changed my opinion totally and now I can vouch for it and I feel it suits me very well.

It's raining Earrings and Necklaces - Traditional Jewelry Haul

In all my blog posts, I have either directly or indirectly mentioned that I love accessories so much and it defines me as a person. I am an accessories hoarder, no doubt, but I do use them and they last a lifetime.This is a long pending post as I did not find time to click proper pics of the new traditional jewelry that has joined my collection. Of course, there have been a few posts on the blog where I have even worn them , but I need to give them some due respect by featuring them separately for the love I have for them.

I would like to divide the haul into 2 sections :

1 : South Indian Terracotta jewelry : I bought 2 terracotta sets and one jhumka from a direct seller in Pollachi, TamilNadu. I came to know of her through a friend and placed my order by sending sample pic to her through whatsapp. I had ordered a necklace & earrings set from her prior to this and I have worn it here.

After a tiring day , two things that can rejuvenate me are a cup of coffee and a refreshing bath. Depending on my mood and time available, a refreshing bath can range from just using a relaxing/soothing body wash or using a body scrub followed by a shower , and to top it off some aroma oil mixed  with water. 

I picked up one such relaxing shower gel ( Palmolive Thermal Spa Shower Gel with White Clay & Thermal salts ) recently and I have been using it regularly now.Palmolive offers some really good shower gels for affordable prices and they have quite a lot of choices too!!
